Had the pleasure to test out new machinery customising concrete production onsite “As needed”. 5 tonne of recyclable waste loaded into skip bin ready for a new home. Pleasure to carry out a pre purchase inspection today in Ryde. Purchasers deserve to get as much information as possible before committing to a potential “Forever Home”. A few decisions to be made after Asbestos sheeting on external walls covered by cladding, Asbestos sheets behind switchboard and Ceramic fuses mounted on Asbestos panel was identified. Malabar Garage has had a few modifications. Tiled roof replaced with Colourbond sheeting, Parapet walls have now been re sheeted and new metal caps installed, panel lift door replaced with roller door allowing for full height access internally, truss roof frames removed for vaulted ceiling rafters and new access stairs leading to rear deck. Great result all round. Few things on list to complete: 1.Render external walls and 2. “Freaky Friday” Had a call for a pre sale inspection in Chifley. Potential buyer and Buyers agent had concerns regarding 2nd level bedroom floor. Rightly so after inspection it was found to have an approx 25mm - 30mm dip in 4-5 floor joists. Vendors have put a nice cosmetic lift on property which looks great in photos, masking faults. Over the past 2 years we have been invested in the Renewable Energy Sector (Solar panels and energy storage). It is now time to start moving forward with our ideas continually growing making a difference. Today we were able to continue this journey in Wallsend. Old outdated, non efficient Solar Panels were removed allowing for a second storey extension.

Finally got to the bottom of it at Maroubra Beach apartment block. Now to rectify incorrect and defective brick wall installation. Bottom of cavity full of motar blocking weep holes, concrete slab hob used for external wall creating a trough allowing any water to pool and damage internal wall / fixtures. External tile screed install ready for waterproof and tiling.
